There's nothing like taking a field trip to the Farm! Lizzie has been learning all about the Farm in her preschool with Ms. Nikkii. So, of course, there has to be a hands on experience that makes all that learning come to life! So, before it got TOO hot, we headed out to Superstition Springs Farm to see the animals, have a hay ride, and drink some delicious milk!
The girls were so excited about visiting the farm together!
Before the visit, we had to be sure to speak to the farmer and she taught us all about the things that go on at the farm.
Then it was off on a hayride! The kids rode around the farm and saw all the dairy cows they had as the farmer spoke more about the farm and asked questions. The girls, and Max, were thrilled!

Then after the hay ride, it was on to petting the animals. The goat was first....
then Lizzie's favorite, the bunny...
and we couldn't forget the chickens! They were so great to let the kids hold the chicken and get pictures. Lizzie is such an animal lover. This girl was in heaven!
After the tour, the kids got to play around the field a bit - they loved pretending they were driving the tractor.

And at the end of a very hot and fun-filled morning, they topped it off with a big drink of milk!
We couldn't have asked for a better day at the farm!
