Some people dread the 2 weeks of Fall Break...but not us! We lived it up here in Arizona for 2 weeks. One of which, Jared was out of town in Germany so the kids and I splurged and had a blast! Here's just a brief overview of the things we did for 2 weeks...
Bike ride to Discovery Park to feed the ducks. Cole was quite talented riding his bike 1 handed the entire way without crashing. I was impressed!

Cast removal - and yes, it was stinky but he was MORE than ready to have it off!
A day at the Arizona Science Center...the kids couldn't get enough of this and the only reason we left is because we were SO hungry, they couldn't handle it anymore.
Cole loved the wheelchair races
Max got to lay on a bed of nails. They all took turns laying on the bed, but his picture was the cutest
But everyone's favorite was the water and the ball contraption. We spent a good 20 minutes just in there following them around, and around, and around.
They also got a kick out of the bicycle and trying to see how fast they could get it to go to keep the ball floating. It was a group effort.
And in the end, it was a late lunch/early dinner before we got out of there and settled on our favorite restaurant...RED ROBIN! I made them give me exhausted faces to send to Jared, but truly they were deep down inside happy.
There was a day mini-golfing at Fat Cats and playing at the Arcade with cousins.

The Stake Emergency Prepardness Fair. Jared was in charge of the generators display, so I got to walk with the kids for the pancake breakfast, playing games and mingling.
One day we spent going to Vertuccio Farms and doing the Corn maze - we were smart and took a picture of the map with my phone and figured out things pretty quick! It was boys against girls, and we rocked it! We were glad we had friends come join us in bouncing on the trampolines, riding the bouncy horses, riding the trains, playing ping-pong and enjoying the day in the sun.
We even enjoyed a court of honor where Cole advanced ranks to 1st Class. Only 6 months in 11 year old scouts and he is moving up fast! So proud of him and grateful for his leaders who help him reach his potential.
Amid the fun activities we enjoyed a movie out, seeing Disney's Inside Out, lunch date at Chick-Fil-A, football and soccer practices and games, and enjoying a NO SCHEDULE day! Love having these crazy kids and filling my time spending it with them!
