3 weeks old and surviving

Here we are and we have survived the first 3 weeks of Lizzie's arrival! Of course, that was with 2 weeks of help from Grandma Dunyon. We wouldn't be alive and well if it wasn't for her! We even had the added bonus of having Grandpa here for the second week! Of course, my children wake up every morning asking for Grandma & Grandpa - especially Kate. She got really attached to them this time and thinks that they trump her parents. Our nights are still sleepless and days are full of playing the Wii, watching Dora and calling family on the phone. I know that this past week would have been longer if I didn't have such great friends to help keep my children entertained and help me with meals and for a fantastic sister, Kim, who calls daily to see how we are surviving and coming to my rescue. The more children I have the more I realized how grateful I am for an outstanding family and super friends who are thoughtful...oh, and for caffienated drinks and pure sugar!

you don't need anyone to survive - you are doing great on your own - I haven't even helped that much! Just watch, next week will be even better!
Love you!

Hey Wendy, thank you so much for letting Elsa come over and do some service. I hope it wasn't a complete waste of time for you! She loved holding the baby...
