So, with the new baby coming and in an attempt to break my children from us laying down with them at night, we decided to move Kate into a "big girl" room of her very own. No crib, no rocking chair, etc. She was so excited to help me go to the store and get the paint, they even got their own painting hats from Dunn-Edwards. Both she and Cole helped me move remove the tape when all was said and done and helped me move the furniture back in. They were amazing helpers! Kate was so excited about her new room that the first night she fell asleep at 5:30, after a hard day of swimming without her jacket - which scares mom to death - and slept until 7:00 the next morning. I think she likes her room, don't you? Thanks mom for the color of green! We love it!

Looks cute, I will have to come over and see it. I can't believe how quickly your kids (and mine) have grown... your bedrooms have gone from empty to full in no time! Anyway, I was wondering if you have a pack and play and/or baby swing I can borrow for a couple days next week. My friend Jana and her newborn are coming to visit. You have the cutest kids! I love how much they love eachother and how much fun they have with eachother. I love the green!! The only problem is where am I going to stay when I come?

I'm a huge fan of the green!! You're supermom for painting with that big belly and two little helpers! I want to be just like you! Hopefully Kate continues to enjoy her big girl bed! It's a perfect room for a little girl!
You forgot to mention that Kate fell out of her "big" big girl bed. Too funny. You are amazing and I am telling Jared that you moved the dresser by yourself!

Hey Wendy! This is Arian Hatch. How are you doing? Long time no see. I can't believe how fast your kids have grown. Seems like just yesterday I was at your house holding Kate as a newborn! Congrats on baby #3. When is she due to arrive? We are expecting baby #3 as well and we just found out that it is a girl.
